The Times Herald Vallejo, Community Housing Development Corporation Request for Proposals Community Housing Development Corporation (CHDC) is soliciting bids from General Contractors for the remodel of an owner-occupied single-family dwelling located at 1401 Griffin Drive in Vallejo, CA. Funding for the remodel is being provided by governmental programs through the City of Vallejo. The work will be subject to all governmental regulations imposed. Bids are due by Wednesday December 30, 2015 no later than 3:00 PM. A bid walk is scheduled at the site on Wednesday December 16, 2015 at 11:00 AM.
